MAQUINA DEL TIEMPO 2010 Model Start with a digital circuit that provides up to 1200 ms of delay. Add an analog filter that smooths out the precise amount of high and low frequencies, and an analog saturator that models tape compression and distortion. Stir well. Finally, add the olive, a low frequency oscilator (LFO) that slowly modulates the delay time, and you get the space-like qualities that tape delay units are famous for, in a compact pedal with excelent tone, and easy to use. As all our effects, this pedal is True Bypass and handmade. CONTROLS Level: output level of the repeats. Feedback: amount of repeats, by means of analog feedback. At max position, it reaches infinite repeats, so feedback crescendos can be generated (this can be avoided by reseting the internal trimpot). Modulation: depth of the delay time modulation. Use it low to "blur" the repeats, for a more natural delay, or at higher settings to make deep chorus or "tape wow". The effect and intensity will vary with the delay time setting. Experiment! 600/1200ms: delay time range, up to 600 miliseconds, or Double up to 1200 miliseconds. The ranges overlap, so the same delay time can usually be achieved in both modes. The 1200 mode has an extra filtering stage, so it has a darker sound. Delay: delay time, the separation between the repeats. INTERNAL CONTROLS Remove the bottom of the pedal to accede the internal controls. To calibrate, use a proper screwdriver and do not force. Factory calibration is marked, for an easy return to the original state. Feedback: maximum feedback level. Reduce it to avoide the infinite repetitions, or increase it to allow a faster feedback explosion. Placed at the left border of the board. Rate: frequency of the modulation LFO. Placed at the right border of the board.
