WHERE AND HOW TO GET DEDALO HANDMADE EFFECTS?

Our pedals can be purchased at several points in Argentina and around the world, detailed in the next paragraphs.
All effects have a two (2) year warranty. Learn more about the warranty

How does the Online Store works?

- We ship to anywhere in the planet.
- Shipments are sent by Correo Argentino (Argentine official mail), distributed abroad by the official mail of each country, and have a tracking code for your security.
- Payments can be made by Bank Transfer (Only inside Argentine), or by Western Union or Paypal. We prefer Paypal.
- The amount to send will include the shipping cost. If you use Western Union, the service tax (about 5%) has to be payed by the buyer.
- The pedals are sent after the payment is received.
- Shipments are made always and only on Fridays, every week.
- All comunications are made by email, from our address info@dedalofx.com.ar

How does the shopping cart of the Online Store works?

The shopping cart allows you to select as many pedals or models as you want, provided they are in stock. Simply click on the "BUY NOW" button, be it in the Store page, or in the page of each pedal.
All purchases will be registered in the cart, which you can reach at this link: www.dedalofx.com.ar/basket.php

You will be asked to select the region where the shipments are to be sent, to go on with the final steps of the purchase.
The chart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to the selected region.
It is of capital importance to provide a valid email address, as any comunications related to the purchase will be made at said address.
The purchase will not be confirmed until you get to the last step and click on the "FINISH PURCHASE" button, so you can add pedals, or change quantities at will until you are decided.
All prices are expressed in Argentine Peso ($ AR) with the equivalence in United States Dollar (U$S) between parenthesis. Under the TOTAL, the EURO equivalence is also calculated.
The indicated TOTAL is the amount to pay to Dedalo Handmade Effects.
Once the purchase is made, the payment is expected in the next three (3) labour days. After this lapse, the stock will be released for other sales.
Instructions to commit the payment are presented after the purchase is confirmed, and also sent to the email. Please double check your SPAM folder if it seems you have not received our email.
