ASYMMETRIC MOD We add a switch to select between Normal (MOSFET) and Asymmetric modes. The "A" mode changes the clipping and provides a little more saturation and sustain, with a less agresive attack, lower resonance in the mid frequencies and more clarity overall.

LED MOD We add a switch to select between Normal (MOSFET) and LED modes. The "L" mode changes the clipping from Mosfet to Red Leds, and provides a little more saturation, with a more compressed tone, better lows and resonance in the lower-mids frequencies.

EXPLOSIVO! XPO-1 Overdrive 2011 Model The Explosivo is an overdrive effect pedal which starts where the classics left and goes even further. With two MOSFET transistors in the clipping stage, saturation is round and dynamic. The tone is clear and never masks the sound of your amp or instrument. With its two Eq controls you can adjust highs, mids and lows both before and after the clipping circuit, or just set them flat for maximum transparency. With the Explosivo, you get an unprecedent variety of overdriven tones in a simple and compact pedal! As all our effects, this pedal is True Bypass and handmade with the best quality components. CONTROL Bass/Mids: controls the tone before the clipping stage. In the middle position, it introduces no alteration (flat response). On the extremes, it increases the low frequencies (on the Bass side) or the middle and highs frequencies (on the Mids side). As this tone control acts before the clipping, it modifies the structure of the harmonics generated by the saturation. Gain: applied gain, which translates to amount of generated distortion. Mids/Highs: controls the tone after the clipping stage. In the middle position, it introduces no alteration (flat response). On the extremes, it increases the low and middle frequencies (on the Mids side) or the high frequencies (on the Highs side). As this tone control acts after the clipping, it enhaces or softens the harmonics already generated. Level: final output level.
